26. I also concur in allowing Appeal No. 281 of the plaintiff as regards the form of the decree. I think the principle followed in Gangaram v. Bapusaheb applies to this case, and that the plaintiff should get possession of the suit lands, if she succeeds in the suit, subject to any rights of co-sharers therein.
