Learned AGA has submitted that FIR is of 2009. The applicant filed a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 4078/2010 "Mannu Lal Vs. State of U.P. and another" in which initially the proceedings were stayed vide order dated 21.10.2010, however, at the later stage, the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 02.11.2017 and since then the applicant has not appeared before the trial court. The trial of the case is lingering due to non-cooperation of the applicant.
