"4. That it is submitted that in compliance of order dated 10.04.2023 passed in CP No. 7013 of 2023 titled as Jeet Ram & Ors Vs State of Haryana and others Housing Board Haryana has deputed the official to collect the account details of the petitioners. The Official has visited village Makrana on 02.02.2024 and contacted the petitioners Sh. Jeet Ram, Shri Bhagwan and Sh. Bhisham Kumar. Sh. Jeet Ram has stated that account number is not available and amount may be returned in the same account from which account the amount was received in the account of Housing Board Haryana. Other petitioners namely Shri Bhagwan and Sh. Bhisham Kumar has provided their account detail and an amount of Rs. 11082/- (each applicant) has been paid to the petitioners vide RTGS No. 413 dated 07.02.2024. (Copy attached as annexure R-I). The calculations of refundable amount is given as under please."
