Pawan Kumar's case (supra) relates to Section 138(B) of Negotiable
Instruments Act i.e. Dishonour of a cheque. In that case, the
endorsement by the postal authority was referred as "not found", whereas
in the case in hand no such report has been made by the postal
authorities and the postal authority has clearly observed that "bidder is out
of station and not known when he will come back".
