Sessions Judge, Chandauli in Juvenile Appeal No.21 of 2018 (Rajat Singh Patel vs. State of U.P.), dismissing the said appeal arising out of order dated 1.12.2018 passed by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Chandauli (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') in Case Crime No.165 of 2018, under Sections 302, 120-B I.P.C. & Sec. 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, PS- Mughalsarai, District-Chandauli rejecting the bail application of the revisionist (juvenile).
