4. To buttress his claim, the counsel of the applicant relied upon the
decision of the Coordinate Bench of this Tribunal in OA No. 1993/2016 in
Rajiv Chaudhary vs. UOI dated 22.03.2018 which was allowed by this
Tribunal.
