entitlement. Now coming to the entitlement concerned
9(A). The three recent single Judge expression of our High Court
say:- In Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. V. Akumarthi Rama Rao it was
held that when sole claimant being major son an agriculturist of his father
died in accident, he is not dependant even legal representative, thus
entitled to no-fault liability as held in United India Insurance Company
Ltd V. Kasiammal and of Delhi High Court in Usha Ranijain V. Rajpal .
