It needs to be said that though it sounds illogical that the very sale that is challenged in a suit should be made the basis of the protection sought under Section 21-A, however, Mr. Bahl cited a judgment of a co- ordinate Bench of this court, in Krishan Lal and another v. Himta Ram 2006 (3) RCR (Civil) 117, in which a judgment of a Full Bench of this court, in Garib Singh v. Harnam Singh and others 1971 PLJ 579, has been cited and quoted, with the Full Bench holding as follows:-
