The present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking the
benefit of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R No.62 dated 12.9.2015
under section 395 I.P.C, registered at Police Station, Mansa City-I, District
Mansa, is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous as this Court
vide order carrying even date passed in CRM No. M-4303 of 2016 titled as
Pawan Kumar & others Vs. State of Punjab, has quashed the
aforementioned F.I.R on the basis of compromise.
