5. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State and learned
senior advocate for the complainant have opposed grant of
regular bail. On behalf of the complainant reliance is placed on
the decision of Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India in the case
of Tribhuvan Nath, Vs. The State of Maharashtra reported in
(1972) 3 Supreme Court Cases 511, and also on the decision of
this Court in the case of Dharmeshbhai Kirtikumar Shah Vs.
State of Gujarat reported in 2014 (2) GLR 1704, to contend
that this application be rejected.
