As per this judgment, there is no requirement of endorsement for driving a maxicab on the LMV licence. The objection of the State Commission on the basis of the provisions of the "Rent a Cab Scheme" is also not valid, once, there is no legal requirement for having the endorsement on the LMV Licence for driving a maxicab.
