46. The other decision relied upon in
Sri.H.B.Ashok and others vs. State of Karnataka
and others - Writ Petition No.6175/2014 does not in
any way support the contention of the learned counsel
for the respondents and all that the decision says is that
four conditions specified under Section 95(2) of the Act
are to be available for the benefit of a deemed
conversion.
