As such, there was no infirmity with the review petition filed by the Union of India against the order dated 07.12.2022 passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal, which had been based on the earlier judgment dated 23.08.2022 passed in Union of India & Another vs. Ganpati Dealcom Private Limited, reported in (2023) 3 SCC 315, which was reviewed. Accordingly there being no infirmity with the impugned order allowing the review petition, vide the impugned order dated 13.10.2025, the present appeal should be dismissed.
