Santosh Kumar Singh alias Gudda are set aside and in view of the findings recorded hereinabove, Reference No. 04 of 2014 stands rejected. The appellant, Santosh Kumar @ Gudda who is in jail, stands acquitted of the charges framed against him and shall be released forthwith, if not wanted in any other case.
