deceased Ramgopal, he died due to the
rupture of the small intestine, while there is no evidence on record to
show that deceased Ramgopal sustained ... abdominal region, so it can not be said that
Ramgopal's intestine was ruptured due to the injuries sustained by him in
the incident
following
injuries :
(i) Stab wound over left side of abdomen. Loops of
intestine are protruding outside. Depth of wound
