8. Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposes the prayer of
the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents relies upon the judgment of
the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Rangnath Mishra vs. State
of Uttar Pradesh & Others reported in (2015) 8 SCC 117 and submits that the
recommendation for criminal investigation under PC Act and other enquiries,
held, is not barred. Hence, it is submitted that this Writ Petition, being without
any merit, be dismissed.
