however, learned counsel on both sides are in
agreement that in view of the order dated 7.5.2018,
passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in M.A. No.1288/2018
in SLP(C) No.571/2017 titled M/s United Electronics
India Ltd. and Another , versus Ajay Kumar & Others ,
this application has turned infructuous and the same is
accordingly dismissed.
