Learned counsel for the State, while referring to the averments
taken in the written statement, submits that the result of the present writ
petition was directly dependent on the decision of CWP No.14359 of 1994
titled as "Darshan Singh Vs. Financial Commissioner (Appeals) & others",
which has been disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to get the petition
revived, if necessity arises.
