Act, 1984 as amended up to date against the impugned ex-parte judgment
dated 7th July 2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala
House Courts, New Delhi in Maintenance Case no. 12/13 titled Meenakshi
Panwar v. Karan Panwar wherein the learned Family Court was pleased to
grant final maintenance @ Rs. 9,000/- per month and litigation expenses of
Rs. 11,000/- and impugned order dated 19th March 2021 passed by learned
