The claim of regularisation of census employees in the aforesaid facts and circumstance has specifically been rejected by two Division Bench judgments of this Court in Sunil Kumar Verma (supra) and Javed Akhtar (supra) and learned counsel for the petitioner could not place anything before this Court either to distinguish the aforesaid judgments or to pursue this Court to take any other view so as to refer the matter for considering the issues by a Larger Bench.
