Upon his cross-examination, he deposed that he took a loan of Rs.40,000/-
and he had given EMI payment in March, 2016 and thereafter, he did not give

any payment to the complainant as he wanted to return the bike. He further
stated that he did not make any complaint against the complainant as he is an
illiterate person and complainant took blank unsigned cheques from him.
