Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia to decide the Case No.199 of 2022 (Chandra Prakash Singh Vs. Sannu Singh), under Section 13A of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
