Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda to decide the Original Suit No.423 of 2021 (Dhani Ram Sonkar Vs. Smt. Sonam) pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
