Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Reena Kansal vs. UIIC, reported in 2015 (1) CPJ 523
(NC) holds in para 11 and 12 that, mediclaim insurance contracts are issued by
insurance company on years to years basis, exclusion clause incorporated is binding on
parties.
