It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the
issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in
W.P.(C) No. 22454 of 2021 (Satya Narayan Mishra v.
State of Odisha and others), which has been disposed of
vide order dated 04.08.2021by this Court.
