1. The present petition has been filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. by
the petitioner/complainant seeking leave to appeal against the judgement
dated 18.10.2018 passed by learned JMFC, NI Act, KKD Courts in the case
bearing CC No. 51303/16 titled as 'M/S. SHREE BANKEY BIHARI
FABRICS PVT. LTD vs. SH. BAJRANG', vide which the respondent was
acquitted of the offense under Section 138 NI Act.
