notice by the learned counsel for the parties that the issue raised
in these matters is similar to the one raised in SLP(C)No.684/2016 –
Lokamani & Ors. vs. Mahadevamma & Ors., which is pending
consideration as a part-heard matter before a Bench comprising of
Hon’ble Mr.Justice Arun Mishra, Hon’ble Mr.Justice S.Abdul Nazeer
and Hon’ble Mr.Justice M.R.Shah.
