Pursuant to the orders passed in this execution petition
from time to time, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on
record a copy of office instructions dated 17.09.2024 from the Deputy
Labour Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh to the effect that the case
being Munshi Ram Vs. State2 has been implemented by referring the
dispute raised by the petitioner to the learned Labour Court Shimla
for adjudication vide notification dated 13.09.2024. Copy of
notification dated 13.09.2024 has also been made part of the
instructions memo.
