22. Therefore, the view adopted by this Court in
Gurwinder Singh's case (supra) in CRM-M-26380 of 2014 and
Pawan Kumar's case (supra) in accepting the plea of non-receipt
of Chemical Examiner's report to be sufficient ground for granting
the extension merged in the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
