[3] When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner has argued the case in the writ petition that the present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India read with 215 of contempt of Court Act. To support his case, the learned counsel for the WP(C) No.330 of 2020 Page 1 petitioner has produced the Judgment and Order passed by Rajasthan High Court in Ram Rakh Chacha Vs. Mohd. Yusuf decided on 06.03.1997 [4] On the hand, Mr. H. Samarjit, learned Government Advocate informed this Court that the Government Authority seeks more time for disposal of the representation as per the order of this Court dated 19.06.2020 in W.P.(C) No.289 of 2020.
