concerned, both are deceptively similar. Reliance is placed on Kedar
Nath vs. Monga Perfumery & Flour Mills, AIR 1974 Delhi 12,
wherein this Court held that the mark Sudarshan and Vijay
Sudarshan are deceptively similar.
