SCC page-32, the Supreme Court interpreted the
term 'Court' as defined under Section 2(1)(e)
of the Act as to mean only the Principal
Civil Court of original jurisdiction in a
District or High Court having civil
jurisdiction in the State. No other Court,
including the Supreme Court, is contemplated
under Section 2(1)(e) of the Act.
