68. The counsel further stated that with regard to penalty imposed, The
Appellant has placed reliance on Hon'ble SC's Judgement in Excel Corp
Limited v. Competition Commission of India and Another (supra), to which,
the CCI rightly noted that there is no merit in these submissions and no
narrow interpretation of the relevant turnover can be taken, as contended by
the Appellant.
