learned Tribunal is modified to the extent that the appellants are entitled to the
benefit of a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- along with interest at the rate of 7% per
annum from the date of application till the date of its actual payment. Any
amount already paid by the respondents shall be adjusted from the same and
the balance, if any, shall be payable to the claimants-appellants."
