55. Appreciating the evidence so produced by the parties, in
terms of the proposition of law cited in Dharam Rao Sharanappa Shabadi
& Ors. Vs. Syeda Arifa Praveen (Supra), court is of the opinion that
defendants are miserably failed to prove all the essential requirements the
execution of the oral gift by Smt. Mehmoodi begum in favour of D-8 by
leading any cogent and reliable evidence.
