In view of the principle laid down in the above judgment and
considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and in the
absence of any material placed on record, respondent no. 1 Harender
Kumar is directed to pay a maintenance of Rs.2,000/ per month to
the complainant from the date of the application i.e. from 10.12.2013
till the remarriage of the complainant.
