18. Mr. Mandlik would draw our attention to another order dated 26
April 2023 passed in the Indapur Dairy case in writ petition no. 1819 of
2023 (supra), where on an application made by the respondent- State for
extension of time to implement the order dated 4 March 2022 passed
pursuant to the GR dated 31 July 2018 was rejected. However, the court
directed the respondents to disburse the amount no later than 10 May
2023, failing which the court would initiate contempt action against the
respondents for implementation/enforcement of its orders.
