State Vs. Mohd Alam
During cross examination conducted on behalf of accused, the witness
deposed that on 01.09..2011, he was posted in police station I.P.Estate from 8:00
p.m to 8:00 a.m, that the said incident did not take place in his presence and he was
not an eye witness of the incident & that he has not seen the accused driving the
offending vehicle. The witness denied the suggestion that he never joined the
investigation of the present case.
