9.This Court is in agreement with the submissions made on
behalf of the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. The
Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Ajay Kumar Choudhary case
has elaborately held that the suspension is only transitory or
temporary in nature and must perforce be of short duration. In
