15. It is also settled proposition of law that fraud vitiates the very root cause and any order or judgement obtained by playing fraud is a nullity and nonest in the eyes of law. Reliance in this regard may be placed on to the judgement of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of S.P. Chengalvaraya Naidu v. Jagannath, reported in (1994) 1 SCC 1, 1993, wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court has observed that:-
