It would be profitable to make reference to the decision of the Apex Court in case of Tata Cellular v. The reference may be made to the decision of the Apex Court in case of Parashram Thakur Dass and Ors. v. Ram Chand and Ors. , wherein the Apex Court had an occasion to consider the effect of more or less similar provision for disposal of rights in Nazul Land vide Rule 26 of the Rules read with the provisions of Section 149 of M.P.
