In the decision of Indian Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (supra) the claim
of the employees was not based on any Government Order creating posts for
regularisation of the existing incumbents in those posts unlike the case in our
hand. In view of the above distinguishable facts and circumstances the above
judgment does not help the appellant University.
