Counsel for the parties state that in view of the order passed in
Appeal No. 316 of 2015 (Shiv Kumar Agarwal vs. Securities and Exchange
Board of India) on March 16, 2016, the orders impugned in these appeals
may also be set aside and restored to the file of Adjudicating Officer of
SEBI for passing fresh orders on merit and in accordance with law.
