On this ground alone, the action of the action of respondents in taking steps to assign the lands in R.S.No.63/1 and 92/2, situated at Gopuvanipalem Village, Pamidimukkala Mandal, Krishna District for house sites to the Weaker Sections, is liable to be set-aside.
