28. It has also been held in the case of Toyo Engineering
Corporation and another's case (supra) and many other cases that merely
because the amount is to be deposited by Government Corporations, it
cannot be ordered that there would be no such requirement and even the
Government Corporations and Bodies would be required to comply with
the provisions applicable to money decrees and arbitral awards.

27. It is well settled that in such cases, the Court can impose
conditions for the deposit of the awarded amount while granting stay.
