similar Civil Appeals and Special Lave Petition by the Hon'ble Apex Court
on 12.11.2009. A copy of one such order passed in Civil Appeal No.785 of
2008, titled `Ved Prakash Sharma (D) by L.Rs. v. Ranbir Singh Sahota and
Anr.' is available on the record of this case. The Hon'ble Apex Court did
not interfere with the findings given by the Rent Controller and affirmed by
the Appellate Authority.
