Charanjeet Singh and PW-40 Smt. Kanta Kapoor and the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in 'Aneeta Hada (supra), Sharad Kumar Sanghi (supra) & 'Ravindranatha Bajpe (supra), serious doubts have been created on the prosecution story and the evidence led by the prosecution before the Ld. Trial Court and two views are possible in the present case and hence the benefit of the same must go to the appellant/convict.
