Government Pleader for Home, it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondent-Police with necessary documents in support of his allegations against the un-official respondents and in such an event the respondent-Police to taken action on the complaint of the petitioner in the light of the guidelines of the Supreme Court detailed in LALITHA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH's case. (2014) 2 SCC 1). The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
