Durga Prasad Singh & Ors vs The State Of Bihar & Ors on 17 February, 2016
In view of the above decision of the Apex Court,
in the case of Durga Prasad Singh (Supra) which has settled the
issue raised in the batch of writ petitions all the writ petitions
are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the
respondent-University by way of filing representation and the
University is hereby directed to address the representation in the
light of decision of the Apex Court in Durga Prasad Singh case
and decide the same in accordance with law preferably within a
period of four months from the date of filing of such
representation.
