Till three weeks from today, no coercive action shall be initiated against the applicant in pursuance of Case No. 160 of 2009 (State versus Julfikar and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 3103 of 2008, under sections 3/5/8 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Ganj, District Rampur. After the expiry of aforesaid period of three weeks, learned concerned court is directed to proceed as per law.
